The following is the only court-authorized procedure for Fax Filings to the Superior Court of Stanislaus County. Any other submissions through other fax lines is unauthorized and will not be accepted as an official document submission to the court.

Procedure for Fax Filings to the Superior Court

According to our Local Rules, (Rule 3.00), a party may file by fax directly with the court pursuant to CRC 2005. Fax filings are made through Official Payments Corporation at 1-800-322-4945. The Clerk's Office is not authorized to accept fax filings submitted directly to the court except through this agency.
